I am looking for 100% cotton paper cut into A6 card size and scored. I would like Stratmore letterpress paper or something similar. I like crane lettra, but would see about something differnt. I understand that Savoy prints extremely well.

We have a lot of great choices for cotton letterpress papers. You can check here for a more complete list:

As for A6 scored cards - Lettra is the only item that we stock pre-scored. For other scored cards, we'd need to run several thousand to have them made for you, if that's an option.
