Generally when doing any kind of drypoint printing the paper should be lightly dampened before printing. You should either mist the sheet or place between dampened blotter paper to allow the surface to soften. The Pesica paper will perform best using this same practice. I do not recommend using the sheet dry as the inks will not absorb properly and will most likely alter your print.
