Ask an Expert - Forum > 4C Offset litho on Color Plan

We're printing a book and using ColorPlan paper for some sections. In those sections we have 4C imagery printing on the ColorPlan sheets. I'm curious if the paper is too absorbent to get good results. We want the imagery to be atmospheric, but not turn to mud. Does anyone have any experience printing 4C on ColorPlan? Thank you.

Hi Jeremy - we assume you'll be printing 4C offset? If so, we contacted some printers we work with and they say they get great results printing 4C images on Colorplan. But the best way to ensure the results are satisfactory to you is to test beforehand.
