What kind of paper is this?

I bought this sketchbook page from Joseph Z, and he didn't have more info where he bought the sketchbook from. I LOVE the paper it's on, and I've been trying to find a sketchbook for years that has paper like this. I honestly can't believe it's in my hands. The bad part is, I've never seen any paper like this (other than my imagination).

Its very thin, and almost like it's handmade, but has great texture (LEFT). It fees very subtly "plastic-like", although not nearly as much as oil painting paper.

On the right is 300g saunders paper for comparison (RIGHT). Regular drawing paper is in the middle, the very white background (CENTER).

My guess is he bought it in Europe or Italy as he paints there a lot.

I also made a video which much better demonstrates the tactile feel/thickness/glossiness of this paper:

Thanks!
