We have been working with Lenox paper for large format drawings, and mount them on alucobond/dibond. We have had problems since the adhesive stays on the rigid surface but the paper has detached with some passing time.

Do you have any recommendations of adhesives for mounting Lenox paper? Or do you know if there is anything we should do before mounting the paper?

We have tried the same adhesive to mount different paper hand have had no issues.

Although we are the experts on all things paper, unfortunately our knowledge of adhesives is just the opposite. We would suggest asking a framer as they have access to the latest mounting materials and techniques.
