This may be something that should be done with offset lithography (like how postcards are printed). Usually, you can set up the file in InDesign or Quark with the layout and design of the booklet. You can then export a PDF for the printer and they can set up the file for their press and how you want it bound.
It may also be something appropriate for an Indigo press, which is set up in the same way as above.
For something really special, you can go with letterpress, but that will likely be very expensive.

Anyone have any idea who can product something like this? I need a couple hundred. I'd prefer something slightly better than digital if possible.
