In the Savoy line, the Brilliant White is technically brighter than the Bright White.
Per TAPPI (Technical Association of Pulp and Paper Industry) the Savoy Brilliant White has a 110.4 Brightness whereas the Bright White has a 105.8 Brightness. The higher the number the brighter the sheet.
